I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and I can help.

I provide therapy for adults and young people experiencing anxiety. Translation: you appear to have it all together (and you have been doing a good job at it for many years!) but now you’re feeling overwhelmed and you need help. I can treat your anxiety while taking into account what in your past is contributing to the current anxiety you feel.

I specialize in going beyond traditional talk therapy to help you feel seen and understood by making our relationship one where you feel supported. It’s common to use breathing techniques or guided meditation in my sessions. My approach to therapy is relational, warm and compassionate. Clients walk away from therapy with me feeling confident in handling stress and anxiety, comfortable with setting boundaries, and empowered to handle their troubling thoughts and feelings. They frequently tell me they were hesitant to try therapy, and it’s nothing like they thought it would be - in a good way!
